Why feel jet lag after flight journey

Share :

It's a common problem with all people's , who is traveling the long flight , they feel tired, headache, dehydrated and sometime vomited. Today we are discussing about the scientific and technical reason behind this.

Traveling In a aircraft it's means you are travel under a pressurized tube , at a certain altitude which is different from your sea level pressure .
At that level of altitude many factors are working but three most important factor are impact your body at high amount.

1. Sudden change in air pressure
2. Low oxygen level
3. Very low humidity

In sea level we continue feel are constant amount of pressure in our surrounding which is 14.7 psi . Our body is habited for working at that pressure ,but when we traveling in a airplane after sometime of takeoff aircraft is stabled at 36000 ft. Altitude in stratosphere. The pressure level in stratosphere is near about 3.6 psi our body is not able to sustain that much of low pressure , so we pressurized the aircraft and maintain at limited amount of pressure nearly 10.7 psi. Because of some technician reasons . At that pressure our body system work but not perfectly at like sea level . To maintain the amount of blood flow our body done extra work that why we feel weak .
Second important factor is low oxygen level.
