GOOD NEWS FOR AIESL TECHS:-

After the 7-day(15-22March) strike, a committee was formed under the chairmanship of the labor commissioner, in which three were from the technician side and three from the management side. After several rounds of meetings, management agreed to increase ₹ 6000/month to the technicians joined 2 to 3 years back and ₹ 8000/month to all the technicians joined before 3 years.

Along with aircraft technicians, the salary of assistant supervisor, helper, driver and other employees working on contract has also increased.

 And all the exclusive demand of technicians -

 ◆FTE rule implementation.

 ◆Adding DA (Dearness Allowance).

 ◆ Career Progression.

It has been said from the management side to make a standing committee and implement it soon.
